Meet date Saturday April 7th, 2012 at Apple Valley High School

The entry window is open for the High Desert Challenge, entries will close on Monday April 2nd at 7:00pm. Entries are done through www.finishedresults.com below are the steps for entries.

1. Go to www.finishedresults.com

2. Go to the registration tab and click track & field

3. Scroll down to the banner for the High Desert Challenge (click it)

4. Click registration.

5. Follow the steps for registration

Schools will be given 5 entries per event, and 2 relay team in each relay. If you have more than 5 athletes you would like to enter, the fee for additional athletes is as follows.

$5 per athlete per event. (if you have a sprinter in the 100 and 200 it would be $10 any additional relay teams are $20)

Fees for any additional entries need to be paid by the day of the meet. Any additional entries that have not been paid by the meet will not be allowed to compete.

Additional entries need to be sent to me by email @ (mike_sluder@avusd.org) you will not be able to enter more than 5 on the registration site. Additional entries are also due by April 2nd at 7:00pm

Apple Valley High School is proud to present the 6th Annual, High Desert challenge presented by Cal Track Reconditioning on Saturday April 7th 2012 at Newton T. Bass stadium at Apple Valley High School. We have a 9 lane decomposed granite track, pole vault runway, side by side long and triple jump pits, high jump area and shot and discus rings in our stadium. Making it what we believe is one of the finest places to hold and watch a track meet.

The meet will be for frosh/soph athletes of any level. The cost for the invitational is $250.00 per school, that includes both boys and girls teams. We will be running the CIF order of events, with all of the events starting at 8:30 am.

Teams will be allowed 5 entries per event, and 2 relay teams. The meet will have FAT timing and medals will be awarded to the top 5 over all finishers in each event. Full results are available immediatly following the final events have concluded.
